The winemaker with a star: At the traditional Winzerhof Stahl in the Franconian Tauber Valley, guests can expect more than just outstanding and award-winning wine. Viticultural engineer Christian Stahl combines his passion for wine and cuisine here. In the fine dining restaurant, which has been awarded a Michelin star, he stands at the cooker himself and creates exceptional menus. In the historic courtyard building, he and his team celebrate the perfect combination of fine food and fine wine. His claim: his own wines should not just accompany the dishes, they should take centre stage.
