With her NENI concept, Haya Molcho has made modern Levantine cuisine famous around the world. The family business, named after her sons Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv and Ilan, stands for a lively food culture and shared moments of pleasure. On this evening, Haya Molcho and Johannes Wallner invite you to a special Levant menu: Under the motto "Orient meets Thuringia", the flavours of the Orient combine with the culinary traditions of Thuringia to create a unique taste experience. All guests sit at a large table in the garden and experience the flavours of the Levant in a convivial atmosphere - just as the Molchos have always done.

- According to the regulations of the city of Weimar, we charge a cultural promotion fee of €3.00 per night and per person for single rooms and suites, and €2.25 per night and per person for double rooms (the tax is paid directly to the city of Weimar).
