On German Sparkling Wine Day, we celebrate with the fine wines of the Bardong sparkling wine cellar, founded by Norbert Bardong in historic 19th century vaults. His sparkling wine, produced exclusively using the traditional method of classic bottle fermentation, is an expression of his passion for refining regional wines. Johannes Wallner creates a perfectly coordinated menu to go with it - an evening full of enjoyment and elegance, true to the motto: "It's all about sparkling wine!"

- According to the regulations of the city of Weimar, we charge a cultural promotion fee of €3.00 per night and per person for single rooms and suites, and €2.25 per night and per person for double rooms (the tax is paid directly to the city of Weimar).
