Thomas Bühner is one of the most outstanding chefs in modern top cuisine and has already been awarded three Michelin stars. His philosophy, which he describes as "three-dimensional flavor cuisine", inspires gourmets all over the world. It is based on three pillars: the unadulterated taste of the products, perfect preparation and the variety of culinary possibilities. Together with Johannes Wallner, he will take the culinary stage on this evening and, after an amuse, each chef will serve three courses from his pen.
