With a fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and a lighthouse feeling, you can say "I do" in an intimate ceremony with up to 10 people or just the two of you at our observation tower wedding. This is the ideal wedding location for all bridal couples who want a simple but very special wedding ceremony. A dream wedding that will be remembered forever.
Wedding with a sea view
A touching wedding ceremony in the company of your family and friends with the blue of the Baltic Sea in the background is what you will experience at our wedding in the WEITBLICK tower room. The tower, which is a popular excursion destination, is of course entirely yours and your up to 40 guests during the civil wedding ceremony. You and your loved ones will remember your wedding ceremony with this view forever.
Wedding in the elegant Bernsteinpalais
If you want to celebrate a big dream wedding on Rügen, you will find the perfect venue in our Bernsteinpalais. The 250 m2 hall with 4 meter high ceilings offers an elegant and festive atmosphere with room for up to 180 people. Here you can solemnly say "I do" in front of all your friends and family members at a civil wedding ceremony.

On your unique day, we offer you numerous ways to celebrate your wedding! How about a lavish party with music, dancing and fireworks, for example? Or invite your guests to a traditional, lovingly decorated coffee party and enjoy the view from our lake view terrace!

How much does a wedding at Hotel Vju on the Baltic Sea cost?
Our wedding folder gives you an initial overview of our price list, but it all depends on your individual wishes and ideas. Take your time to think about what you want your big day to look like, how many guests you would like to celebrate with and whether you would like to stay overnight. Then send us the completed checklist. We will then be happy to provide you with a personalized quote.
How do I organize an appointment at the registry office?
You can easily arrange your appointment for the civil wedding yourself. To do this, contact the Mönchgut-Granitz registry office on 038303-16429. Appointments for the coming year will be made from September of the current year. Please note that we have no influence on the allocation of dates by the registry office
.How far in advance can/should I book my wedding date at Hotel Vju?
As soon as your plans have been finalized, please contact us. We reserve dates up to one year in advance. However, we can only firmly book your desired date once you have made an appointment at the registry office.
Can our dog be at the wedding?
Of course, your four-legged friend is part of the family! Your furry friend is a welcome guest both at the wedding ceremony and in our dog-friendly hotel. However, dogs are not allowed in our restaurant and wellness area.
Can you get married intimately for two at Hotel Vju?
Is a large wedding celebration also possible at Hotel Vju?
At Hotel Vju, we not only have wonderful facilities for smaller parties, but also the capacity and expertise for celebrations on a grand scale. Our Bernsteinpalais is exactly the right place for this. Up to 180 people can attend your wedding ceremony here. Afterwards, you can celebrate your wedding day in the 250 m² ballroom with dance floor and roof terrace with up to 150 guests!
Can you celebrate your wedding at Hotel Vju without an overnight stay?
We are of course happy for you to stay overnight as our guests, but you can also celebrate your wedding at Hotel Vju without booking an overnight stay. However, please bear in mind that cabs are not readily available on site in the evening. Our hotel has 130 rooms and suites available for you and your guests and we are happy to reserve the dreamy honeymoon suite for our bridal couples.
