Yoga room
In our light-flooded practice room on the first floor, you will find the best conditions for your yoga exercises. Warm colors, real wood parquet flooring and professional yoga blocks and yoga mats await you in our newly renovated 50 m² yoga room. The perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. You can access the room via our reception staff. The room can be extended to 80 square meters for yoga groups.
Good Morning Yoga
Two days a week, we invite you to a free yoga class. Whether you are an explorer, beginner or advanced - under the professional guidance of our certified yoga instructor, you will find movement throughout the day. Our staff in the spa and at reception will inform you about the dates and other yoga offers. Registration is not necessary
.Yoga retreats
On several dates a year, we offer yoga retreats on Rügen with various yoga teachers from all over Germany. Shielded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you will find time for yourself at our yoga retreats. Experience nature, get away from it all, enjoy the days by the sea with a smile and recharge your batteries. Discover our yoga offers for your yoga weekend by the sea!
