Seasonal break at #herrhoshi

Dear Guests and Friends,

After many unforgettable moments, #herrhoshi is taking a short break to let new ideas flourish. On October 26, 2025, we will open our doors one last time this season – before recharging with fresh energy and inspiration for the year ahead.

To ensure that culinary delights in Ahrenshoop continue, #fraukorn will take over from November 19, 2025, offering a lovingly curated lunch menu. During the holiday season, #fraukorn also invites you to celebrate: on Christmas Day and Boxing Day (December 25 & 26, 2025) with festive menus, and on New Year’s Eve with an exclusive gala dinner to ring out the year in style.

We sincerely thank you for your loyalty and the many wonderful moments we’ve shared. Stay connected with us through our social media channels and the Künstlerquartier Seezeichen newsletter, where we’ll continue to share creative highlights, recipe ideas, and inspiring updates – until we welcome you back in 2026 with new culinary experiences.

Yours truly,
The #herrhoshi Team

Details Sea as far as the eye can see

Want even more Baltic Sea? At #herrhoshi the special is not just the central item on the plates. The skillful mix of the traditional and the creative is continued in the interior. Be it the tables, sustainably made from wood from an old barn or the handmade mosaic tables from Morocco - the interior studio design/recipe skillfully combines different elements. There is a lot to discover! From the cozy conservatory, you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea . Warm summer days or beautiful sunsets you can enjoy outside on the roof terrace. This immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
