How can I register for my arcona?

You can simply register at my arcona at any time. There are no acceptance criteria - every guest is welcome to become a member if they are over 18 years old. To do this, we ask you to fill in all the required fields. You will receive a confirmation email after registration. By registering, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions for the my arcona customer loyalty programme.

From when do the advantages at my arcona apply?

There are differences between advantages of direct booking and advantages during your stay. If you register with my arcona at one of our hotels during your stay, you can benefit from the hotel services offered. However, the discount on the room rate is only applied to your next stay from the moment you book directly on our website, by email or by phone.

Does my arcona apply to all hotels of the arcona group?

At the moment you receive the my arcona advantages at the following hotels: Vju Hotel Rügen, Koopmanns Hotel und Lädchen, Hotel Kaiserhof Heringsdorf, Wyn Strandhotel Sylt, Romantik Hotel auf der Wartburg, Erika Boutiquehotel Kitzbühel, Barefoot Hotel Mallorca, TRIFORÊT alpin.resort.

Is participation free of charge?

Yes, it is. By registering, you agree to receive regular promotions and advertising from the hotels and their services, arcona Management GmbH, as well as congratulations on your birthday.

How will I be informed in the future?

By registering for my arcona, you will automatically be included in our arcona Hotels & Resorts newsletter, which will inform you regularly about offers and news. In addition, you will receive relevant customer communication in the future regarding the activities as a member of my arcona.

I have forgotten my password - what should I do now?

What can I do in my personal login area?

You can view all exclusive benefits and book directly. Likewise, you can change your personal profile data, deposit a new postal address or email address or communicate your personal interests and special needs.

Do I get a club card?

No, you will not receive a physical club card. In your private login area you will see a digital card with your personal membership number. You can also use this to identify yourself on site at any time, although this is not necessary.

How can I cancel my membership?

You no longer want to be friends with us? We think that's a great pity. To cancel your membership, simply write us a short email to myarcona@arcona.de and we will delete your membership directly. You can also delete it yourself in the members area.
