Rostock, 03/08/2023 - Since July 1, guests of arcona Hotels & Resorts have been able to join "my arcona". The new customer loyalty program aims to strengthen the relationship with regular guests and reward them with rewards, discounts and other exclusive benefits.

"Satisfied customers today expect to be addressed as individually as possible by their favorite brand - not only during, but also before and after the trip. We are using our new program to introduce members to interesting arcona destinations, inspire them with events and take their individual preferences into account," says Christiane Winter-Thumann, Head of Corporate Communications at arcona Hotels & Resorts. In addition, "my arcona" is intended to promote the community spirit.

Guests can join the "my arcona" program via the arcona.de website. The following benefits are available to members immediately after registration and confirmation:

- exclusive discounts on hotel services such as wellness treatments and catering services (subject to availability)
