The exclusive event celebrates the reunion of two top chefs who once cooked side by side at the legendary “Bayrisches Haus” in Potsdam, and whose culinary journey took them as far as Japan. Today, Andreas Reinke is head chef at the highly acclaimed Leipzig restaurant Frieda, which he runs alongside his partner, Lisa Angermann. Frieda has been awarded not only a Michelin star, but also the Green Michelin Star for sustainability, and is ranked among Germany’s top 500 restaurants.

Lisa Angermann, winner of the SAT.1 cooking show The Taste (2017), will also be part of the evening, completing this remarkable culinary encounter. Together with Dressel and Reinke, she will treat guests to an unforgettable evening full of flavour, creativity, and personality.

The perfect wine pairing will be curated by Martin Bauer of the Emil Bauer winery, which has maintained a close partnership with Alexander Dressel for many years. These wines do more than accompany the menu – like the dishes themselves, they tell a story of quality, provenance, and passion.
